As of 8 August 2026: the Main House is booked through the rest of the summer. The next opening is a week from 9 October, and it is then free from 1 November right through the winter and into spring 2027. Minimum stay six nights. As of 8 August 2026: the Upper Guesthouse has nineteen nights free from 30 September, and is then open from 31 October right through the winter and into spring 2027. Minimum stay five nights. As of 8 August 2026: the Lower Guesthouse has a five-night gap from 4 September and two weeks free from 6 October. It is booked from 18 December to 11 January, and open either side of that through the winter and into spring 2027. Minimum stay five nights. Terms & conditions

Payment

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required via bank transfer within 7 days of booking. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount is required to confirm. All payments are by bank transfer; our bank details are provided with the booking confirmation.

Cancellations

  • More than 4 weeks before arrival: full refund minus a €50 administration fee
  • Less than 4 weeks before arrival: no refund
  • Early departure or no-show: no refund

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Stays

Check-in from 3pm, checkout by 11am. Minimum stay: 5 nights in the guesthouses, 6 nights in the Main House. Cleaning and the government tourist tax are included in all quoted rates. Stays of 7+ nights include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh sheets and towels. Per local law, written parental or guardian consent is required for any guest under 18 traveling without a parent or guardian.
