Booking through Airbnb will incur fees for you and us, but is an easy platform!
If you book through us we split the difference with you.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required via bank transfer within 7 days of booking.
The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount (100%) is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations
For cancellations more than 4 weeks before arrival: Full refund minus €50 administration fee
For cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival: No refund
Early departure or no-show: No refund
Please note that all payments are to be made by bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations. .
