Wow! Emmett's place is just stunning. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with absolutely stunning scenery to help you unwind, this is the perfect spot. It is designed so beautifully, with open spaces, blending with the surroundings (rather than being an eye sore like some of the other places we saw). We couldn't get enough of the view of the sea and the mountains from the living space - it felt like an amazing painting. Swimming in the pool with that scenery was an absolute dream. We are a couple with a 4-month baby, and the main house was perfect for us. Emmett was very hospitable, making sure we had everything we need, and very responsive when we had issues or were looking for suggestions for places. The area is great - an easy walk to the village of Sivas, with plenty of options for restaurants. Several lovely beach options as well, just 10 - 15 minutes away. Our only regret is not having stayed longer!

Absolutely a great 5-Star experience. Wonderful landscape, spectacular views to mountains and easy access to long sandy beaches. Antigonis & Emmetts place is easy to find with GPS. All buildings of this compound are well separated so you are private. The shared infinity pool is a great asset. The apartments are stylish designed and equipped, the interior is highly functional (e.g. climate floor and drinking water from the tab). We found everything we need for a ten days holiday – it is even suitable for quit ambitious cooks. We liked the modern design a lot. Everything is of high quality, exactly as described and seen in the fotos. Everythings worked fine, of course it was very clean as well. The communication with Antigoni & Emmett couldnt be any better – they are very communicative and answer messages immediately or offer suggestions proactively. In short: We definitely recommand Antigonis & Emmetts place!

Emmett and Antigoni are warm and welcoming hosts and their apartment was great. They were extremely responsive and proactive, making our stay easy and relaxing. The apartment had all new appliances and furnishings chosen with taste and quality in mind. The place is set into the hill and constructed in a clean, modern style. The view over the valley towards the mountains is incredible, and gives some exceptional sunsets. It was easy to find, with restaurants in Sivas a short walk away, and beaches at Matala and Kommos just a few minutes in the car. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Emmett's place. The property was decorated with a lot of style and an eye for detail, there was nothing missing. It was easily accessible and yet absolutely quiet. Large supermarkets and a variety of beaches can be reached by car in 15 minutes, great tavernas are within walking distance. Due to the offset location and the architecture in the hill, you had a lot of privacy. Emmett is a very accommodating host who goes out of his way to make sure his guests are well. We will be happy to come back to enjoy the tranquility and the great views of mountains and sea.

Emmett, nous a reçu et nous a mis en place avec simplicité et décontraction comme il est appréciable. La maison correspondandait parfaitement au descriptif, une vue magnifique sur la mer, et sur la baie de kokinoos pirgos depuis le salon où la chambre principale. dans le frigo nous avions des fruits du fromage local, du café. Tout était en place pour commencer notre séjour. Je remercie Emmett et sa femme pour avoir réalisé ce lieu d'exception niché dans les hauteurs de Siva. Siva qui est d'ailleurs un village magnifique avec un petite place ou vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut, 5 restaurants typiques, une pharmacienne, un boucher une supérette. encore merci pour tout Emmett. sincèrement Virginie et Arthur

A really lovely place for rest and relaxation. We had booked the lower house, much smaller than the main house but perfect for 2 people. Everything was super clean and we felt at home straight away. The view is fantastic and the houses -despite their modernity- fit perfectly into the classic landscape. We always had the shared pool to ourselves and as all three houses are built with so much privacy, you usually have the feeling of being the only guest on the property. It's the perfect place to soak up the south of Crete. And no matter whether we had minor or major problems, Antigone and Emmett were available for us and always immediately tried to find solutions or suggested alternatives for us. You can tell that they both care a lot about you having a good time in their house in Sivas.
