The Whole Place

We built it this way to host our own family and friends: separate houses so nobody is on top of anyone, one pool so everyone still ends up in the same place. Take the entire hillside — the two-bedroom Main House plus both one-bedroom guesthouses — and you get a private hilltop: eight real beds, three kitchens, everyone with their own front door, and the infinity pool all to yourselves.

How it works

Together but not on top of each other: the hillside layout gives each house its own entrance, terrace, and privacy, with the pool as the shared center of gravity. Grandparents get the Main House, two couples take a guesthouse each — or however your group sorts itself out.

The Main House sleeps 4–5 with its two bedrooms and flexible extra beds (couch, roll-out mattress, children's bed). Each guesthouse sleeps 2–3 with a queen Cocomat bed and a couch that converts for one adult. Cribs, a high chair, and kids' mattresses are available on request — just tell us the shape of your group.

Good to know

Every kitchen is properly equipped, every house has filtered drinking water on tap and serious coffee gear, and the whole property runs on high-speed satellite wifi. Sivas and its tavernas are a five-minute walk downhill for the nights nobody wants to cook.

Group dates

Whole-place availability means all three calendars lining up — tell us your dates early and we'll make it work if it can be made to work.

As of 8 August 2026: all three houses are free together for a week from 9 October, and then from 1 November through the winter and into spring 2027. Minimum stay six nights. The calendar below is synced with our Airbnb calendars every hour; these dates are a snapshot and the calendar is the live version. Availability is final when we confirm your quote — send us your dates and we answer within 24 hours.
